At sportneer.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.

Items shipped from Sportneer can be returned within 15 days after receiving the products. Customers can contact us for details. You will receive an e-mail notification which contains the shipment date and specifics of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Within 3 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement. Please contact us before returning a defective item, we will help you're going through the return process and offer you shipping address and other instructions. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: discounted & disposable items, unless a customer receives a wrong item or the item is faulty. Items returned must be in the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and must not have any marks or signs of use.
