  • Adjustable to accommodate for a comfortable grip.....
    December 29, 2016
I ordered this product as a last resort to surgery. I needed something to stretch the tendons in my wrist and fingers. I have what is known as trigger fingers. Basically, it's when the bands holding the tendons in your fingers start to tighten-up preventing the tendons from moving and causing a snap when you open your fingers, or in my case, my fingers are bent and I can no longer close my hand. Anyways, I got this in today, and I won't call it a miracle, but after using it for 5 minutes, I was able to almost close my hand for the first time in months. I'm not claiming this is a magic bullet, but I'm going to bring it with me on my next Dr.'s appt just to see what he has to say. In the meantime, YES!

The product seems to be well built. It's heavily padded on the portions that rests on your forearm, and also the center pivot bar. The pivot bar is adjustable to accommodate for a comfortable grip.

Very good to exercise your forearms. Even helps with arthritis in my hand.

This is a very simple idea that has been executed very well. The strength of the spring provides a good work out for both the gym rat and the casual keyboard potato. This is a keeper.

Great workout. Be ready to work your muscles. This device is sturdy and well built. You feel the workout immediately. I advise you not to over do it because if you do, your muscles will be sore.

It's not conventional but it works very well. I use it a lot while watching TV and you can feel the difference after about five or 10 minutes.

Love it - use it nearly every day while sitting at my desk. Works great at targeting your forearm and wrist muscles.

I love this product, it arrived earlier today and I've had nothing but good things to say about it. The padding does not hurt your arm which is a huge plus!
